I have a flattened realm about 200 blocks away from spawn, it's a short walk.

Perfect place for a shop or a home you want to be accessible from spawn. Comes with an underground wheat farm.

You should add a house or something, a flat plot is not quite interesting even that close to spawn.

Good luck selling. I tried to sell that very same realm pre-wipe, had a VERY difficult time doing so.

It doesn't look very close to spawn according to the picture.
