Starting Bid: 40,000 Credits
Minimum bid increments: 1,000 Credits
Ending Date: NEW TIME - Wednesday, February 22nd 7PM EST
Buyout Price: 230,000 Credits
EDIT: If the auction price does not meet my reserve amount, I will end the auction. With this in mind, I will extend the auction to Wednesday, February 22nd 7PM EST.
This NPC village is located at -2800, 3700, far from any spawn. The land surrounding it is clean, as well as most of the cave systems underground. Within the village is plenty of pumpkins, melons, and wheat which provides plenty of food for players purchasing the realms. Due to the location of the village, we had to purchase 5 realms to ensure the entire village was owned. We will start the bidding at 40,000 credits because one of the realms only covers part of one building.
