Selling realm with THREE spider spawners.

I am selling a realm with not one, not two, but THREE spider spawners. Two of the spawners are cave spiders and one is a normal spider spawner.
Note: While cavespiders do not poison on MineRealm, spider traps are still difficult to build. Do not buy this realm unless you have experience building traps, or a little bit of patience.
Two of them are very close to each other and the other is a bit farther away, but should be close enough to create an epic XP farm.
The only downside is the location. It's a bit far from spawn, but to some people this can actually be a bonus. There is tons of unexplored, unclaimed land, the only realm for a while is my own. It's a section of the map with a lot of public land.

First!
Also, you've been really lucky to have found all these spawners so fast, what strategy(ies) do you use? I'm just curious.

It's a good thing you get curious about these things
I recently moved far off to an area of the map with lots of public land. I did so because I mine a bit, and I would hit quite a bit of private land while mining at my old realm. So I moved off, and discovered an abandoned mineshaft while mining, I ended up finding these, it's quite common to find double spawners in mineshafts.
If you are still curious I'd be happy to show you all my mines/explored caves around my new realm.

Be warned that cave spider spawners are much harder to make exp farms with. :3
Once wasted 60k on 3 cave spider spawners, and ended up re-selling the realms to the server because it was too much of a hassle to make a exp grinder with them.
Just a fyi for buyers, a cave spider farm is probably a bad idea, if you don't have good EXP with making mob farms.

@ Tehbomb, it depends on what kind of exp is being made. Simple ones are easy.
Anyhow I don't want to rip anyone off, I'm in no hurry to sell. I suggest if anyone is interested in buying, to visit it first, I'l give any potential buyers rights for a while if they'd like.
@ Pandemic:
Cave spiders on minerealm do NOT poison. Try it yourself, I've never been poisoned by one before. And yes, I do know what I'm talking about.

Why does someone always have to bid lower than the cost it took to buy it originally? Do people really expect someone selling a realm to take a loss when they can get 9000 by selling it back to the server?

This is true. Otherwise I would not touch this bid.

I built a fall-style double cave spider spawner xp farm... I got annoyed and left it when the spiders seemingly landed on each other, causing them to take no damage. Because of my design, they would often fall in clusters... so yea... I didn't even bother to buy the realms :S It is possible to do though... with a lot of patience.
For interested buyers in this thread though, I shall give some info about cave spiders.
-They do not poison (on minerealm).
-They cannot swim up water elevators. They will drown or get stuck.
-They seem to not fight water currents when it's in an enclosed area (they will fight current in the spawn area, but not in the transport "tubes", if enclosed)
-They are one block wide.
-They are only 1/2 block tall. This means they can travel through half block openings, and when using half-slabs for water flow, they will not be pushed by the current on top of the slab, unless they jump or are pushed. This is because of the next behavior listed.
-They will not go into water unless pushed into it or if they can make a path to you through it.
-Water will break all fall damage for them, no matter the amount.
-They can see through walls like normal spiders can (enabling them to fight currents at the spawn area)
-Obviously, they can climb walls
-They have less hit points than spiders... they only need to fall 14 or 15 blocks (I forget).
-They move fast... very fast.
-And finally... they can apparently land on each other to break fall damage *shrug* Or maybe my hole wasn't big enough... idk.
