I do know for a fact that one of the realms you're trying to buy from me has a spider spawner.

i own two realms right next to eachother. THere is a pint between the two i think where both will spawn mobs. One is a Spider spawner. and the other is a zombie spawner.

i checked. they are within 25 blocks of eachother
