Selling 4 realms! These 4 realms are the Hugel Castle realms and are completely ready for building! The realms are flat, Organized and ready to go for the prevailing minerealmer to build on and even has a connecting road to trinity (Only 300 blocks away). The realms contain 2 houses, a storage house, a farm, and nether highway and subway connection.

Since we spent alot of money on this project, we are offering all 4 realms for 50K. Bidding is accepted is you really want the realms but we are just selling right now. If you're asking yourself "Why 50k?" It is because we are located so close to Trinity and we have prebuilt everything for you. What would normally be days and days of work for 1 person, is done!

If you get the funds, ill sell you my 2 realms. See if a friend can buy the other 2 so you dont have any problems with ground rights.

I'll buy them all once I replenish my credit stash. Currently they're all tied up in quite a few trades and projects.

@kindreganrobert: there are many plots under 200 blocks from Trinity for less, it may be useful to buy some of those for when we become a spawn point.

Usually buildings with pre-built things go for less.
Sort of like driving a new car off the lot.
Re-sell value plummets.

If Hugel Castle is still on the realms, then the price should be lowered. But if they are completely flat with nothing on them, the price should remain the same or increase.
