Realm With Spider Spawner Auction X: 425 Z: -625

Auctioning a realm I recently purchased.
This realm has been untouched since the wipe. No above ground re-construction has taken place.
With it's relative closeness to main spawn and a spider spawner just blocks from the surface I have decided to auction it off.
Location: 425 -625
Details: 6/7 blocks from the surface there is a Spider Spawner.
Starting Bid: 11k
Buy it now: 15k
All bids much increase by a minimum of 500 credits.
I hold the right to end the auction when ever I feel like it. Whether it be to me wanting to keep the realm or from an in game sale.
