I am selling a skele spawner realm. Post offers here.

Spawner is at layer 12. Currently have a crude auto killing trap set up.

It's a realm. Do you mean 11k?

Please understand: There a maybe 5.000 Spawners on the Map. Why should someone buy your realm?
There are public exp grinders, and if you explore cave systems for 2 hours, you will find at least one spawner.

Trip: Try to find a dual-/triple-spawner realm

I don't know what point you saw, if you sold it for 1k you'd be out 9k credits. >.>

@schmidtbochum: First of all, you are in no position to come to this mans thread and provide faulty reason for not purchasing this spawner, as many people do pursue Coordinates to spawners, let alone purchase spawners from players. Imagine creating a thread selling something, perfectly logical, and then some guy comes along slandering it up telling people they can easily get there own without paying this guy. Sure, they could search and find one, but some people would rather minus the labor on it for a small fee.

@Agented: Maybe you should put some fancy materials down around it, make it look clean and even; then turn it into a EXP / Bone & Arrow grinder, and upload screenshots to this thread for better publicity.
