Selling XP farm, close to spawncity. (Start 25k)

I have decided not to sell shockville. It is worth more to me than what it would sell for.
However I am still auctioning the XP farm
This is a very nice farm IMO.
I have used it many times, it works well, never any problems
Bids start at 25k
Spawner coords: -530, 360
Auction ends when I say so. Only bid If you posses the credits. I have the right to refuse any offers.

Also it is to be noted, that this nice town contains the portal that the Main Spawn Nether Portal (in the nether) leads to. So there are actually quite a few passersby, maybe even enough for a shop to get business.

Yes, if you don't know where it is. I will show the buyer upon purchase obviously.
It's also like a 10 second walk from the spawn city nether portal.
