Selling a Flattened Realm

As the title says, I am selling a realm that has been flattened that I no longer have any need for. The coordinates are x:525 z:575 as you may be able to see in the pictures! (Unless you can't read cobble!)
Yea, but any who, I would like some where between 10750 and 12000 RC's just because of some of the work that was put into it and because of the cost to purchase. Leave a comment if interested, please make fun of me for trying to sell a flattened realm and have a good day!
