I have 3 distinct spawn realms that I could sell, all somewhere around 300 blocks from spawn. Two of them are next to each other, msg me for details.

You call 300 blocks away "spawn realm"?? Not really.

I have one under 200 blocks away I'll sell to you, I don't even consider that a "spawn realm". (its around x175 z175)

Its not like spawn realm is a made up term or anything. It obviously has a set definition and yours is the one.
