You want 12k, just because it has a zombie spawner.... LOL.

Think about it dude. Zombies. They're useless. Except for experience, but with the mob limit, they really aren't worth anything. Unless you like raw zombie flesh.

Make a trap and it'll be worth the 12k.
And Hero, the only person I knew that sells realms for less than 10k is my old friend KarmaReflex (who's banned). He sold his Bentwater realm for 5k...

Actually, you can make a water current that forces the zombie to a death fall down a 2x1 pit. Then you can collect the xp the zombie drops without you having to battle the zombie. Also after a zombie dies, it will take like, 7-11 seconds for another one to spawn and drop down the 2x1 and die. I know, it sounds confusing but it works. But that zombie spawner would only be good for people like me who knows how to make them. But I'm still not going to buy it. Basically it's a zombie xp machine.

As far as I know, mob grinders don't give you experience points. You have to actually kill the zombie yourself. Grinders are only good for loot, and now that zombies just drop zombie flesh, zombie grinders are pointless. I know all about grinders though, I've made a ton.
