Does anyone either know where 2x2 flat land is or if they you are willing to sell that are preferably close to spawn city.

There is plenty of 2x2 realms by me that are flat, called ocean. I can put dirt on top of the water if you want

but it is not close to spawn by any means.

There is lots and can be lots more of flat land around Abyssus due to the massive ocean that Abyssus was re-generated in........
