Realm up for auction due to failure to meet spawn point requirements:

This is a forced resale, and the current owner of this realm has been removed. However, all credits from this auction will go to the ex-owner.

NTC was removed from ownership of this realm, due to failing to meet the spawn point policies, outlined at http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2863 - specifically, "You cannot have a spawn point that directly opens up into a shop (or is in a shop) - spawn points created for advertising purposes will be rejected."

The owner of this realm was contacted and warned, but refused to comply. Therefore, we're starting bidding on this realm at 100,000 credits.

Minimum increments of 10,000 credits.
Buy-it-now price is 250,000 credits.
Auction ends in 24 hours.
