Hello Minerealmers!
I will be holding an auction on 2 pieces of land, Pretty close to spawn city's Spawn point. Older players will recognize these to be the old Foxtiopian Embassy and Old Foxtopian Park Realms. I Jave been getting offers day in and day out about these realms so i figured that I would finally Put this on the forums to help with the confusion.. Now. The price will start with Angelboy's Offer since he was the last one to offer. If this thread begins to die with off topic posts, i will sell it to the highest bidder in here, or if there is none, angelboy, before the end of the auction. Please, keep the topics to bidding ONLY.
Coordinates of the Realms are next to their names!
Foxtail Park (x:-231 z: -5) :
The side of the Realm facing spawn city is raised:
Behind the image of the raised side, are caves, filled with the dreaded spreading shroom! (was like this when i purchased):
Foxtopian Embassy (x: -200, z:18) :
As you can see, the building was tore down. There was nothing of value in the building, otherwise i would have left it standing for when i sold it..
This realm connects to it's sister realm, the Foxtail Park.
The Bidding begins at angelboy's offer of 100,000 RC. The increments have a minimum of 200 RC.
If you bid, win, and do not have the suffecient funds, the properties will go to the next person behind you who bidded. No Exceptions.
This Auction will end at 12:00 AM EST Sunday December 4th, 2011. Any posts that are posted after that time will not be considered a legitimate Bid.
