If your interested in -175, 275 make an offer. It is mostly flattened out,but Its not directly touching spawn but its pretty close.

In minecraft 1.0 and minerealm 4.0 (tomorrow) you can make your own spawn realms, I believe.

You can create a new spawn point, but Intelli is very particular about it (if thats what you are referring to).
