Where do you want it delivered? If it's to your realm near Spawn City, it's possible, but 35ish trips would take a while so I'd have to charge you 10000 total. That's still a 10% discount over listed price (~11105) and includes delivery. Let me know.

Selling the lot for 7000 through /trade, 5000 if you come get it yourself. It's a couple of realms outside Spawn City. List price is over 11000 so you can save big.

my realms are quite far from spawn city and would take a couple of days to move everything ho about 5000 through /trade that wont take too long that way

edit:5000 through trade without the dirt, gravel flint and sugarcane

Okay, Maca930 gets the dirt for 1k and you can have everything else for 5k, through /trade. If you really don't want the flint and gravel and sugarcane I'll just leave it there for the new owner. Hope to see you online soon.
