Now, time for info.

The Fourtwenty mansion(X:-158 Z:124) is located just next to the old 420 tower, which is an around 150 block walk from spawn. I can either sell the realm empty, or with the mansion still on it, but theres over 40k worth of wool, and other materials in it, so expect it to be alot more if you want the mansion included.

The empty realm(X:75 Z:325) was suppose to be used as a farm, but i never started it, its located next to "the road to the west", which leads to beh41's realms/frogtown, its fairly close to spawn, and has nothing on it.

The Fourtwenty tree farm(X:75 Z:375) is pretty much the largest tree farm within 500 blocks of spawn(i think) The building is exactly 50x50, and goes up to around 8 or so blocks before the sky limit, with a total of 8 floors. In total, it yields ~42 stacks of logs per harvest.

The Fourtwenty Auto wheat farm(X:75 Z:425) is a fully functioning automatic wheat farm, which harvests itself, all you need to do is plant the seeds, then flick the switch and all the wheat'll fall down to the collection zone. In total, it can get about 23 stacks per harvest.

Iv been in the mansion and looked around it is amazing how muhc are you selling ? (Btw im still banned Just curious) minght buy if i get unbanned.

As promised, 7k down payment +18k, and the realm is yours, although i'm not in a rush though, moneywise, so if you don't have it right now, don't worry, i can wait.

I'm looking for around 80k RC, for the realm, and the mansion included. In total, the realm has ~75 stacks of wool alone on it, which adds up to 30k RC, without including the gold/glowstone/other materials.

I want the mansion. 20k, Bomb.

30k if i get unbanned.
