I'm thinking about buying a spawn realm, for reasons unknown to even me. Probably just to make it look nice. Anyways, I want to buy one very soon. I have 81k on my hands, but I think I'll cap it at 40k. Please don't give me stupid deals, like a realm 600 blocks away from spawn for 40k. I want a real deal. For example, a realm 100 blocks from spawn I would buy for 40k if needed. Also, by "Spawn Realm" I mean about 600 blocks away from spawn. I know there are a buncha screwed up realms at the 575s but I'm too lazy to clean them up. Post offers below.

Lineant may be selling spawn realms < 200 blocks away I think.
