i have a realm for sale on the outskirts of roanoke, 3 realms in total.
with a total of 12 well built houses, two farms, and a mine and two wonderful water features.
available at 36000 for all three or 15000 individually
houses can be rented out for a steady income of creditsfor any potential buyer :mrgreen:

red - realm area
green - houses
blue - farms
orange - water features
white - mine shaft

Only problem is the mine is probably already dug and its god far from Spawn City. Nice deal though. Sadly I'm not buying

Thanks for ur interest but the mine is a mine shaft with very little mining gone on in the area so most resources, diamond etc are still in the area.

Edit: I just remembered there is actually 3 water features :mrgreen:
Also yes city is far from main spawn but is just outside Roanoke spawn less than 5 minutes walk

I was hoping that I would have had more interest on my lovely little town but I'm guessing not many people have 36000 credits lying around

Ok as very little interest has been shown I am now opening to offers but don't make stupid offers bearing In mind I can get 9000 for each one by making public again

Well as no1 has shown much interest in buying u could probably save up the money and pay in a month it will prob still b for sale
