Buying to-be inactive realm for 26,000 rc

There is a plot at x175 z175 owned by v1RuX, named "#1". v1RuX has been inactive since 9/20/11, which is 29 days ago. I am interested in buying this plot when it becomes inactive, assuming v1RuX does not log in before sometime tomorrow.
I am pretty sure he won't be logging in after this much time. He isn't banned, so there's a slim chance.
I do not think I will be online then since I am pretty busy tomorrow.
So, I am offering to buy this plot from whoever wins the "public plot race" for 26,000 realm credits. I know that's a lot, but I have 3 realms next door so I would really like it. Realms around this area, even closer to Spawn, have sold for ~20k. I have the credits, so if you're online, you may as well want to make 16k in a minute or two. Edit: if v1RuX reads this then I would be interested in directly buying from him.
This plot (x175 z175) is a little over 1 minute walk from Spawn City spawn, in the SW direction. v1RuX has 4 other plots just behind this which will also go inactive with this one. The plot contains: a large smoothstone Eiffel tower, some trees, a moat and a netherrack wall. Remember that looting is illegal and usually punishable by ban. I intend to return supplies I find there to v1RuX.
