2 realms with finished appartments

Im selling 2 realms with nearly finished appartments, there is just 1 tower that isn't completly finished (cuz i got my /home set elsewhere its hard to get the materials there now :/
The realms are at
x:325 z:525
x:375 z:525
The realms have some minor farms for wheat and a lil tree farm in the corner.
AUTOWIN: 23k for both or 12k for 1

So you're saying, if we give you 23k, you let us get more money then you earn?

I'm saying if you pay me 23k you get the realms and can earn more than me over time yes.
Nobody has an appartment there so they are all free.
