Hey guys,
I was supposed to wait for my friend Bezzay to get some screenshots for this, but I'm getting impaient. He'll include screenshots later. Ok, so we're selling a realm at x575, y65 and z25. Currently, the price is 12k and it is beside Lm108's Brome and eah2119's Bliss. We think that this is a fair price, because its quite close to spawn. Not much civilisation, but this is again pretty close so the price makes up for it. We aren't perfect, this is our first project and there will be a few potholes etc. I'll update this when we're selling.

Hm, I'm interested. But I'll wait for the screenshots though...

here are some screens of the realm, all cleaned up and ready to build on! most random surface potholes and digging have been filled in as well as water removed. this was a public realm for at least since august and has always been in terrible shape and an eyesore. It has private realms on 3 sides, lm108's brome, schmidtbochum's villa hugel, and eah2119's Bliss. The fourth side is a public realm that is also in disrepair, but we have plans on restoring that one as well, and cleaning up the neighborhood!

This is only 0.5 km south from spawn in spawn city, a part of downtown in need of urban renewal. For 12k it can be yours!

We'll also fix the surronding realms up to.
