Yea I found it earlier it has a hotel and some underground farms

Hotel looks like there are a few blocks missing but nothing to bad, farms are in good shape


PS: It got disbanded a few hours ago so all the signs you'll see there are not placed recent and therefor not needed to be taken seriously

Could you please give some details as to what comes with this realm exactly?

For example, any chests with items, exactly what farms etc...

it's super close to spawn for a possible less-than 15k. Anyone could build a town in a 50x50 space, and you get the materials present within the realm! Sounds good to me, but I'm not purchasing

It was not built to impress, as he is clearly selling it for cheap. I'm sure this was just random boredom building.
