Selling Realm: PandaTown Store, x:125, z:75

Selling the PandaTown Store realm, currently renamed to "The Republic of Lumina Store"
SOLD!
Purchased it off of jailbird a couple of days ago, payed about 20K for it.
Major Renovations:
- Built an underground storage area (lit with glowstone)
- New brick floor and checkered wool carpet
- New road leading to it, now made of smoothstone slabs
- Tore out the old floors and staircases
- Replaced bottom 2 floor's torches with Glowstone
- Made an ROL sign out front
- Leveled out some parts of the realm and added a small wall with an iron fence around the realm
- Added a sales booth, with a door that locks from the inside, and entry to the store room.
Along with the realm, the purchaser will also get everything in the storage chests. Not much, but about 10 stacks of smoothstone, 2 double chests of cobble, multiple stacks of mushrooms, about a stack of bread, 11 glowstone, 2 stacks of iron ingots, stacks of cactus, and small amounts of other assorted things.
X: 125 Y: 75. and there is a road leading to it from spawn. Turn left from spawn, go through the NTC, then go down and to the right.

This building could easily have new floors put in to make it a nice apartment building, or kept as a bank/store. I will be accepting offers until this is sold, as their is no deadline and I will not be selling it back to the government.
