Selling Spawn Realm !

Iv Got a spawn realm i don't relay need anymore. its pretty close to spawn. Cords are X: -170 and z 0 turn right from spawn and keep walking. But like i said i don't need anymore as i got more realms. I bought this realm off Mtndewzane For 20k im looking for around that area possibly more 
Iv got pictures of my realm
below and also i got 28 wide and 50 up space left in the realm just flat with 2 nice water fountains and a shroom tree.
There is about 10-13 chest in there full of tools, mob stuff, tuns of cobble,tuns of dirt,some wood,wooden objects that's about it.
inside the shop there is little stall things you walk into and i click a switch in my side of the shop and the block will go up and down so no one can Try getting stuff.
The portal is pretty good you got through it and back and it takes you back to the shop.
All of the furnace's have at least 30 coal in and in the double chest there is 18 stacks of Coal.
There is a Path form spawn to The Realm (feel free to move the path along as it meets up with the other path.
Like i said i have 28 blocks along and 50 blocks up Spare all flat just a shroom tree there.
There is an underground with about 10-13 chest there with all kinds of stuff free to take when you purchase.
