Selling realms near spawn

I'm currently selling 4 realms near spawn
Coords:
x25 z275
x-25 z275
x-75 z275
x-25 z325
They are all massive (not just top layer but atleast 8 blocks down) flattened
Not in a rush to sell them so if you think you got a good offer post here

as I said earlier you might wanna post your offers here as there are more ppl interested and I want to sell the realm to the one who gives most (obviously :p)
