Looking to sell one of my "spawn" realms located at x-275, z325. I timed the walk to it and its just under 2 minutes if you take the route I do. Its about halfway cleared out and I have done nothing with it really except build a good sized wheat farm. Trying to sell before 9/1 and am looking to get at least 10k for it....willing to go less if you have a realm touching it.

I just sold my realm 275x 75z for 18k. See if you can get some bids going to bump up the price. The first offer I got was 11k, 13k, 15k, and then 18k. If it you want it gone quick though just sell it at the first decent offer.
