I'm just about finished the castle i've 'been building for the passed week or so, and i'll now be looking for tenants. I mainly built this to help out new players, as i know how hard it can be when starting out, without having access to a realm.

As a "Grand opening special" all prices will be cut in half untill the wipe, so if you don't own a realm, and don't want to lose your items, nows the time to rent a house!

Prices:
-1 Floor house 500 RC/week(usually 1k)
-2 Floor house 600 RC/week(usually 1.2k)

Keep in mind that there'lll never be more then 6 rentable houses, to reduce grief, and people stealing chests, currently, theres four 1 floor houses, and two 2 floor houses.

The following are included when renting a house:
-Access to a 12x10 house, included with a bed, chest, and a crafting table.
-Access to 4 realms.
-Access to all farms, which includes a wood farm, wheat farm, reed farm, mushroom farm, and cactus farm.
-Access to the first public slime farm.
-Access to a mine.
-Access to a bank, which is just next to the castle, on my personal realm, which noone but me has access to, for the more valuable items.
-+moar to come, always open to suggestions.

Rules:
-No grieffing
-Ask permission before building anything.
-Replant when using farms.
-No stealing
-Respect other realm members
-Do not enter someone else' house without their permission.
-No reffunds
Failure to abide by these rules could result in a warning/eviction/ban.

I ended up selling the realms before i was banned, and didn't get unbanned fast 'nuff to clear my chests and stuffz. its new name should probably be "Castle del grief" lolol.

Suppose that I am not 420 friendly, would I still be allowed to rent out the pot de- er, castle?

This does greatly enhance the quality of the game, just in the sense that blocks actually "crack" rather than just pixellating in darker colors. The place turned out nicely I can see, though.

However, I can see you are using x128 or lower, because of the quality of your diamond shovel. I'm lucky enough to have a computer that can run this Texture Pack on x256.
