Hey everyone,

As many of you are aware, I'm presently selling apartments in the building right at spawn.
I'll update this thread with more details shortly. However, here's the currently available rooms:

Floor 1: Sold
Floor 2: Sold
Floor 3: Sold
Floor 4: Sold
Floor 5: Reserved
Floor 6: Coming Soon
Floor 7: Coming Soon

I love the idea of selling floors but I have one question: What are they for?

Edit: I now have a few more questions.
How will they work? Won't people with apartments need building rights? What will keep others from stealing other people's items and griefing the building?

I currently own floor 3. I think it's jsut to have close access to a place near spawn which I didn;t mind paying a bit extra for. Yes they will get building rights, but they can't alter the walls without permission. If they are dumb enough to grief a building Intelli owns well ban hammer is swift. As far as stealing well no way to really prevent it but if they are caught stealing from someone else in the building they will be banned most likely.

What would the prices be looking at for the 5th and 6th floors?

Last I talked with Intelli 5th will be 15k and 6th will be 10k I believe.

Edit: I just noticed that the first floor belongs to KyleFate. I'm still interested in purchasing either the fifth or sixth floor (whichever is 10,000RC).

Is the penthouse (6th floor) 10k? I'm interested so... I'll take that or the cheapest/ most high floor.

Penthouse's are 3 (I own) and 5 (Open) = 15k, 6 is regular so 10k.

K, if Intelli reads this, I'll be snooping around the place for open rooms to make my selection.
