Im Sellin my realm 17-20k about 4 mins away from spawn got a few houses on it but sure that can be taken down if you want somehting else there

I'll give you 9000 RC for it, since 3-4 minutes from spawn is the same as "nowhere near spawn".

Angel what realm are you selling? Is it the Atlantic City thing? If it is thats more like 15 min walk.
