Buying any realm near spawn for 30,000 or less

Hey! The topic basically says it all. However, my team and I would need to get the RCs, first (at about 13,000 ATM), but we will get the RCs to buy a realm near spawn
Any takers?

Not going to get too close, you cant own a realm within like 100 blocks of spawn house. And the ones who have a realm 'near' spawn won't sell because places like that are close to impossible to get. I doubt you'll find a place, sorry not to be mean or anything....

Rocky_Blast bought Intelli's realm next to spawn for 50k credits are proceeded to block off all the roads in the area for shits and giggles.
But more to the topic, you're gonna have to do better than 30k.

All spawn realms themselves are 50k each. Saying that, the realms around it now just got a sudden property appreciation so 30k prob wont cut it b3ast.

i have a realm about 3-4 minute walk from spawn if you are interested

Nah, and I meant a realm that was already purchased prior to the < 100 block-from-spawn sale. My team and I already purchased on anyway, but Ty! <3
