We have noticed that the unbreaking III, and efficiency V book trades were using combined books. Equipping these with tools sends their repairs prices skyrocketing resulting in less repairs.

We've corrected this issue and now all book trades are clean and ready to pair with tools for the cheapest xp requirement.
