I predict he's secretly creating a Minerealm-style market crash, plots go for 100 credits each, he ends up owning almost the entire map...for reasons.

Technically, yes, this is a peninsula - but before you start blowing that horn, we decided to call it a "Mooshroom Island" based on the biome type of the land.
