How does it work?
A UnbIII EffV will cost 200+300+1200 = 1700c
A UnbIII EffV FortII will cost 200+300+1200-50 = 1650c
You get the drill
If you just want the pick without sparkles, you can have some for 175c per.
How about some green gold?
Selling a DC of emerald blocks 378k. (7k per stack).
In perspective this greenie can bring you either 3110 Diamond picks or 27 DC of Glowstone.

You can purchase any numbers of stacks with the maximum of a DC.

In that case I'll take the following:
2 stacks of emerald blocks (14k)
3 UnbIII / Eff IV picks (900 * 3 = 2.7k)
1 UnbIII / Silk Touch (650)
1 UnbIII / Fortune III (500)
Double check my math on those but it should come to 17.85k but lets say 18k.

Fortune is now a free enchantment (no extra cost for Fortune III).
All offers can still be purchased.
Also please note that these picks are crafted from at most two picks. (No books).
This causes the lowest possible starting repair cost.
