my mate used to own some realm a while back, but never loged for a month or two so he lost them, then someone bought all of the land he used to own, now about a few months ago i saw that the realm was public so i left it for a month or two, then about 2-3 months ago or maybe less can't remember the date i bought it but i haven't touched it anything on the realm incase the old owner came back and wanted it back, how long will i have to wait until i can build and move all his stuff away from this realm, any help will be great

You are meant to talk to staff before buying plots that are built on. And/or send in a plot inquiry, you can fill it in here (you can always do that now just do do everything right):
