[selling] 3 years of my life on this server

I have been on this server for 3 years now and don't find the time to play anymore so here is an opportunity to buy everything i have accumulated over the 3 years.
I will not be listing everything just the essential.

61 diamond blocks 55k
a large collection of enchanted diamond picks and shovels(mostly picks) including around 6 or 7
eff V unbr III 50k (prob worth more rough guestimate)
7.5 stacks quartz ore (i believe going rate to be 5k per stack) 37.5k
15 and a bit stacks ice 15k
4 almost full double chests of diamond armour 60k approx evaluation?
1 d/c + 1 stack and a bit of obsidian 27.5k
some things without price tags
nearly 3 double chests of coal
large supply of brewing items
very large supply of building resources of most kinds
this is just some of the possibly more demanded items, other valuables have not been listed
just these items listed is approximately 300k
+ the value of the realm 10k
+ assortment of items
believe me i have missed out so many things that are included in the realm, some of the stuff is held at arcane in my chests there, these items will be transferred after the realm has sold through trade as it will be easier than running all the items across the map
I am looking for offers on this, please no silly offers as you can see listed above there are some very high value items
