Whenever we meet in-game. Keep in mind you can't reserve anything. I have a lot of reasons for this, one of which being I can't guarantee I'll ever have the items. That said, someone could swipe the glowstone before you're there to take it. If you say you want x amount of items in this thread, I'll try to build up some stock for it, but no guarantees it'll be there for you.
