This change only makes tango tek style iron farms not work. The old docm77 model with the towers will still work because they are all individual villages with doors 70ish block away from each other. tango tek style farms involved mashing together as many villages as possible by manipulating wooden door/villager behavior. I still don't know what they mean by pratically pointless because getting a hundred or so ingots per hour out of a standard old tower iron farm instead of a 1200 ingot per hour from a tango tek machine is still very preferable to hours of senseless mining.
With that said I'm setting up a home away from home sort of area near there and would be interested in buying.
