Buying: A Single Untouched Mesa Plot

Hi. I'm looking to buy an untouched Mesa plot, for preservation (and vacationing) purposes. I'm willing to offer about 15-20k. If you're willing to sell me one, post below or give me a PM. I'd also like to inspect the plot before I buy it, just so I don't dig a block and fall into a pit mine.
