You mean.. a realm with just one spawner? Spawners are really common and you can get one for free if you just go mining. A single spawner is definitely not worth 18k lol.

I have a dual Skeleton/Zombie spawner grinder available at +2329 -676 free for anyone to use. I know there is another farther out from spawn in roughly the same direction that I sold back to the server after the map reset, but it's not set up as a grinder yet.

There is a zombie spawner on public land right next to my plot. If I see you in-game I would be happy to show you were it is . You would only have to pay 10k too.

The Skeleton/zombie double-spawner realm I sold back to the server is at +2826 x -575. No XP grinder set up, but it shouldn't be too hard.
