It might be helpful to post pictures of the place.
Maybe a picture from the map view, and also a picture of the actual place. (More than one preferably.)

Might be but I am not going to.
The realms are close to spawn. Anyone interested will go there in person to check it out before making a bid anyway.

This would make the perfect place for a public ice farm. If someone wanted ice you could just give them perms to harvest it (kinda, you pick your own ice and charge a fee). That is the first thing that poped into my mind when I saw extreme hills spawn realm (you can farm ice in extreme hills, right?). It may be a little far away from spawn for constant ice generation. However, a large enough farm would supply unlimited ice anyway. I am not in the market for a spawn realm though.
