If they buyer of the endstone wants to get it, they must find me online. I will be on the server regularly (see signature), and will hold the items for the buyer for a maximum of one month. After said period of time, if there has been no communication, I will assume the transaction nullified and will resell the items.

I'm sure they go for like 1/3 that.

Even less. Often not even 10k a stack. Probably between 10 and 25k though. Its like 300-500c per block last I checked.

Its not exactly in high demand, it's a pretty ugly block, and there actually is a lot of it around.

They are around 500-800 a block. The cheapest stack I have bought was 22k and that was very cheap.

IMO, as said, I believe its pricy. 500c a block is probably your best bet, that being said I don't know anyone who would be willing to dish out that much all at once. You might stand a better chance selling the 57 stack piece by piece and the other full stacks by small auctions of like half a stack or something.
