Title says it all. I wish to purchase a realm within 400 blocks of spawn and no further. (I might make an exception for a realm that starts in the high 300 realm and ends up at low 400s.) The closer the better and I'm willing to pay handsomely for one.

If you'd to talk to me about a realm you'd be willing to sell that meets this criteria PM me on the forums or /msg ingame. (PMing works best cause I can be afk for hours at a time as some people know.) But I'm active everyday and would be very happy to do business with you.

I think this thread is no longer valid lol. He just bought two spawn realms 200 blocks from spawn for over 300k.
