Buying: Sandstone

Yes, I know it's abundant, easy to get, and cheap, but I simply don't have the time to go out and dig up all I need myself at the moment, and hey, if I can shave a few minutes off digging, then what's to worry about?
I need TONS of sandstone! 2 DC's? Too few. 5 DC's? Too few.
I need around 10 + DC's of sandstone and will likely need more than that later on!
Now, I'm not swimming in credits at the time, I'm currently sitting on just 9k at the moment, but it will be going up as I dig more sand for myself and place more sandstone. Not to mention I'm sitting on plenty of other treats, if one wishes to trade. Just tell me what you need!
Now, I haven't a clue how much sandstone goes for, but I know it's pretty easy to get in the right places. So, yeah, maybe it'd be better if I simply gathered it myself, but if you have a chest or two you don't need and want to get rid of it, then feel free to send me a note!
I might even pay you for it!

But really, I need a bunch of sandstone. Just name your price and who pays tax (keep in mind I only have 9k credits at the time) and the amount you want to get rid of and we'll see from there.
Thanks for reading!

I have a singlechest I would be willing to sell depending on your price. Also, I could have another singlechest (total of a doublechest) but a lot of those were crafted into the other specialized sandstone types.

Tell me what you want and pm me a price please :D

Hmm...
1 solid k (1000 credits) per single chest of the non-specialized sandstone sound fair?

Due to recent transactions in-game I am down to 4K credits, please plan accordingly if you have offers for me.

I thought you could craft chiseled sandstone back into smooth sandstone.

You can, but you can't get it back to original sandstone unless one makes a ton of slabs.
Also, 4 smooth sandstone can make 4 smooth sandstone, effectively being one of the most useless crafting recipes in the game.
I'll take anything now, but I prefer sandstone over the variants as I can create smooth sandstone or chiseled sandstone if and when I need it.

Also:
I may not be online too much this weekend, so if anyone is still selling, shoot me a PM with a price and I'll respond asap.
Thanks.

Remake the where and what now? I just felt like building something.
It is Minecraft after all. You guys build what you want, I'll do the same. I'd rather not get into competition with people that have groups upon groups of people, while I build solo or with a couple friends. I don't have the time for that.

I'm not getting as many offers as I thought I might, I figured sand was much more abundant than that, or at least my price was high enough for people to be interested in trading some of it.

Well, I'll give this one final bump before I settle for gathering it myself.
Price still stands, and if you don't like it I'm still open for negotiations.

And thanks to those who did decide to part with a few stacks, it really helped speed things along.
