Hello many of you know me ,ciscopete24, I have played on this server for 2 years and I am looking for a realm to improve, I am watching spawn fill with idle realms that haven't changed in years. Many realms are owned by people who only log in once a month and let their realm remain intact for months. I am just trying to make spawn a more interesting place that people enjoy to look around at the builds. If some one who owns a realm with in 300 blocks or so of spawn would be able to put a reasonable price down for us to make an agreement I would be very grateful and I hope not to disappoint with what Virtus can build.
I ask all of you to help bring back spawn to be a active and fun place full of epic builds, shops and friendly pvp.

I have a few hundred thousand credits to put into this, if you give me a price and I cant pay for it immediately it would still be good to get an estimate.

I would assume a spawn realm around that point would only be 75k - 125k. Just a guess, but that gives you a good range of price.

It really depends. X300 z300 is far from spawn and would only be like 20k max. One at the spawn road or near it would be much more. Like one at x325 z75 would be worth much more since it is around 300 blocks from spawn. That realm could go 75k+ like you said. Spawn realms positions determine the price alot too.

Intelli once offered the first 4 spawn realms for 4 million or something like that. Good luck.
