Need Workers For Demolition Job. Name Your Price.

I own 3 realms that have been emptied almost entirely to bedrock, I divided most of the space into different levels (every third block along the Y axis is a layer of cobblestone pretty much), I regret this decision and want all the levels below the surface of the realms gone. Anyone without green plus may apply. Name your price, there are only 2 available positions and I will only pick whoever I think will get the most work done.

50 blocks * 50 blocks = 2500 blocks/floor.
2500 * 20(?) = 50000 blocks/realm, depending on how many floors there are.
50k * 3 realms = 150k blocks.
Half of that is 75k credits.
You might want to give us a rough idea of where this is, such as which quadrant, and whether it's fairly near spawn, near the border, or just out in the middle of nowhere. Also, would you be willing to provide tools?

Also, when are you online. Getting privs. to a realm can be a pain.

Location of the access to the underground area is in the realm at:
X:325
Z:2275
Directions: Take the south road from spawn until your at the center of Old Frogtown, take the road West (turn left) from that point, on your right at some point there will be a nicer section of road that will take you very close to my realms. (2 of the realms are actually public for right now, but they are just covered giant pits with nothing of value in them so I'm holding off on buying them)
There will be limited iron tools available (12 blocks worth)
-Paying 1200 credits for each layer of cobblestone removed
-800 credits for removing all water from a level
-200 credits for getting all the dirt off of a level
I will only pay for levels removed entirely by one person to avoid confusion as to who did how much work. Multiple people may share a level if one person removes all the water ant the other removes the stone and dirt or something like that. You have to both confirm who did what so I can pay everyone the right amount. If you notice a level has a significant portion missing, assume someone else started it and do not touch it.
I can usually be on between 12PM and 9PM EST.

I will do it all pending a viewing of the job at hand, my one request is that all realm users be removed bar myself as I will be bringing my beacon to speed up the work, how much will you pay for completion of the entire job? this seems simple enough and should be a fairly quick job, should have it complete in a day. I will view the realms tonight when I finish work and if I am happy with your payment and I am happy with the job then I will b able to begin work immediately.

Server seems to be down for now so I'm not sure when I'll be getting on. But you can head to the realm I gave coordinates for and (very carefully) explore the underground portion beneath the building that occupies that realm. Entrance should be on the West side of the building.
I haven't been all the way to the bottom of the main realm in almost a year, during which it went public a few times, there could literally be anything down there, so be careful.
Also for people to show what work they did I think it would be good if people would bring up coords on screen, get screenshot of work, and PM me before and after shots, that way once you get rights for the main realm I don't need to log in except to pay you.
