1 Dia for 3 extended swiftness pots
1 Dia for 3 splash healing 2 pots
1 Dia for 1 gold block
1 Dia Block for 2 unused eff 3 unbreak 3 dia pick (redkillers)
1 Dia Block for a full Dia armor set
1 Dia block for a silk touch book
1 Dia for 10 bottles of enchantment

It's automatic. You go to the shop and drop a diamond block into the appropriate hopper, and a silk book will drop out of the wall.
