Selling Realm Near Spawn (ish)

Hi guys, im selling a realm within 5 mins walk from spawn. The realm is fairly flat but will need a little terraforming. The realms cords are: x= -25, z=-755

Start Price- 10k
Minimum Increase- 1k

that is not considered a spawn realm my friend, to far out.

I thought it is in a certain block range, like 300 and less i thought?

That is a spawn realm to most, but there is no set standard.

He never said it was a spawn realm... Just a "realm near spawn" and "a realm within 5 mins walk from spawn"
