so I've recently bought a nice garden realm not too far from mine, but its just far enough where it sort of becomes a bother to have to go there to simply get some wheat or potatoes. so, im looking for someone who is willing to replicate this farm for me in the back of my house, realm already bought an everything. the farm consists of about 7 floors that go all the way down to bedrock. nothing is automatic, so you don't have to be skilled with redstone or anything. I would need the measurements of the rooms to be almost exact, if not exact. if you would like to check out the farm, the coordinates are x-1125 z-2625. If you are interested in this job, please let me know how much you would charge (keeping in mind that you would probably get thousands of credits just by digging), and your availability. oh, and ill be supplying all materials/ tools needed for the job. thanks :3

oh, and heres what MOST of the rooms inside look like, with the exeption of the wheat farm on top.

Looks like whoever built that is wasting a lot of space. One block of water will irrigate all the soil around it in a 9 block radius. That size of a farm needs max 2 or 3 blocks of water per level. I can build you automatic farms of melon, and pumpkin, semi automatic farms of wheat, carrots, and potatoes, and non-automatic farms of cocoa beans that will fill up the same size for 25k total . That's if you would rather have automatic ones :3. The way it'll work is you can control everything from one central room, and if you would rather the automatic farms are activated from the crops growing (which would ensure 100% efficiency), rather than by you pressing a button, that will cost you 5k/farm extra, which will be 10k more, or a total of 30k :3. I know you said you didn't want automatic, but just in case you change your mind, let me know.

sounds good super do you have a farm like this I can check out in MR by any chance? ill probably take you up on the offer either way is the farm only a 50x50 farm, or will I need to buy more realms around it?

Google minecraft automatic farms. They are easy to build depending on what you want done.

It'll be 50x50, and the farm part (exculding the control room) will be about 30 blocks deep. I'm banned for a few days D:, but when I get back I'll get started on it immediately . I would prefer it if the 30 levels were terraformed by the time I get there, but if not I'll cart over a beacon and a few eff V's and get started, no problem :3. -EDIT- 30 levels might seem like nothing compared to the 64ish levels of the farm you showing in the pics, but that farm is 1/9 as efficient as it could be, so the one I will build will be not only 9x as efficient, but the auto design (if you don't want it to be activated by growth) is much smaller than a normal 100% efficient non-auto farm, so the one I will build should be about 20x as efficient as that one :3
