I'm looking to see what I could get off of these realms I'm looking to sell near spawn. Not particularly selling quite yet and still don't know if I will. But if I get a good enough offer I might consider for someone that really may want them. Anyway, here are the three coords:

x. -375 z. -75
x. -425 z. -75
x. -475 z. -75

These realms are in a straight row and may be of a good build. The build on these now contain chicken coops with over 150 chickens, amazing snow and ice building, and even a zombie spawner. This spawner is located in the second realm on the list and is a really good way to get zombie villagers which can make for a great village. I couldn't post a screenshot due to the server being down but like I said this is just to see what offers I can get so I can also see what it's worth for future or present selling. Thanks and feel free to post ideas and what you think it's worth below :2

The x375 realm is worth 60k based on Roobean's and SurgeonBSG's auctions in the last week - both had near-identical coordinates (combinations of 375/75 in various directions) and sold for 60k.

The x425 realm might be worth 40-50k as it has a spawner ... the x475 realm I'm not sure, but probably down to more like 25-30k.

So probably around 125-150k mark for all three realms. Including tax, of course
